Planning a Visit? Please note that it is only the Community Council or the organisation that you are visiting at the community that can approve your visit. CAPE Indigenous PCYC acts only as a co-ordination mechanism - we will inform you of any events that may hinder your visit, and in this case you will need to discuss this with your contact in the community, if it is possible to do so before you leave.Notifying CAPE Indigenous PCYC of your visit by submitting an online travel form allows us to prepare for your visit by endeavouring to streamline travel arrangements for people visiting the communities, both for your benefit and for the people in the communities; exploring the possibility of shared travel arrangements to reduce costs, and facilitating the material requirements for your activty where possible. If we can assist you in another way please contact us. If an unexpected event occurs which would impact on your visit, then we will endeavour to let you know before you leave. It is vital that you supply current contact numbers (preferably mobiles, and have them switched on or check for messages in the 48 hours prior to leaving) for this purpose. |
